Five floors of studios, offices and shared space in a warehouse built in 1898. Come for the space. Stay for the people.
The idea
We make room for good work.
Good work rarely happens in perfect conditions. It happens in conversation, interruption and second attempts.
The building already worked this way before we did anything to it. Original brick sits against new steel. Rough surfaces meet finished ones. Private studios open onto shared floors.
We kept the contrast rather than covering it up. Nothing here pretends to be finished, because the work inside it never is.

04 The Long Room Events & studios
The top floor was the old hoist level. It is now one long room under the roof lights, used for talks, screenings and Friday lunches, with five studios along the east wall and a terrace behind the parapet.
